Limited Warranty
Stellwagen Designs’ guarantee is simple and straightforward. If something is wrong due to faulty workmanship, we will take care of it. It’s just good business. With that said, precious metals erode, stones can become damaged, shells can wear over time and finishes can dull. When normal wear and tear occurs, repairs can be done at Stellwagen Designs on an hourly basis at our shop rate. The scope of work to complete any repairs will be discussed with you before any billable time is spent making any repairs. Any work performed by a jeweler other than Stellwagen Designs automatically voids the warranty.

Product Availability
All of our jewelry is handmade and manufactured on site in our Worcester, Massachusetts facility. Very little ‘finished product” is stocked as “inventory”. Most of our jewelry is custom made to order. The lead times for these custom made pieces can vary from 3 weeks to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece and current work volume. Should something change in the advertised lead time, we will contact you and work out a deadline which favors both parties.
Description of Product Listings
At Stellwagen Designs we create unique rings that in most cases, are one of a kind. This means that a finished products appearance (such as the grain location in certain woods) is guaranteed to vary from one ring to another. This is after all, what makes the rings so much fun. Not one is ever alike. Likewise, please expect to slight variations on textures and grains. This is most relevant in our Damascus rings. Damascus steel is hand forged and thus every piece of raw stock we begin with, will result in a slightly different appearance in the final product.
Online Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, the buyer can cancel the order within 48 hours of the purchase date and time. Unfortunately , after this 48 hour period has passed, the order is non-cancelable. This cancellation policy is due to the custom nature of our business. Most everything we make is a one of kind piece, to your size, width, color etc..
Return Policy
Stellwagen Designs is committed to customer service and creating a product that can love and cherish for years to come. We take great pride in the details and workmanship in all of our rings. Should you need to return your ring or jewelry; Stellwagen Designs will exchange your ring for something of equal or greater value, on a one time basis, for a period of 30 days after the delivery of your ring. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. The contents of the package MUST be in their original condition and secure within the box. For added security, please do not reveal the contents of the package on the outside of the box.
Please insure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. Stellwagen Designs is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Please mail the package to the address below and confirm that your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package.
