Please see our product listing for our sizing kit program.
Narrow Band Sizing Kit (use for rings from 2mm to 3mm in width)
Wide Band Sizing Kit (use for rings from 4mm to 12mm in width)
We will ship you a sizing kit for either a narrow band, wide band or both. You can then try on the various sizes and be sure of what the best fit is. Once you’re confident you have your size, we will send you a Call Tag service to pick up the sizing kit. Keep in mind, we can make any ring size possible. However once a machined ring is finished, it’s very difficult to change it.
What if my ring doesn’t fit?
If your ring doesn’t fit we will make every effort to resize the ring. Please keep in mind that machined ring, and only sometimes, can be enlarged but never sized down. If you didn’t purchase the sizing kit and rather gave us the size based on a different source, we will make you a new ring at half price. If the ring sizing kit was purchased and the ring still doesn’t fit, we will pick up the mis-sized ring and furnish another at zero cost, thus stocking the first ring in our inventory.
If you are using a local jeweler to size your finger, please strongly take the following into consideration.
- Make sure the jeweler is using a “non-comfortfit” sizing kit. This means the inside of the ring sizer is flat. Also, don’t let this terminology fool you. A comfort fit ring, by definition, has a radius on the inside of the ring. Many folks, myself included, think that the non-comfortfit jewelry is actually more comfortable. Go figure!
- Please be sure to have your finger sized a couple times throughout a week long period or longer. Did you know your finger can fluctuate in size depending on temperature, sodium intake etc.. Get it checked more than once. And if possible, go to multiple jewelers. If two different jewelers give you conflicting information than we strongly advise seeing a third jeweler. Do this until at east two are producing the same results. Or, just buy our sizing service! It’s cheap and guarantees things will go smoothly.
